Shipping Policy
Most items are shipped within 48 hours of placing your order, provided that the items are in stock. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We strive to deliver your products promptly and securely.

Local Deliveries in South Florida

Orders Placed Before 12pm: In-stock items may be delivered up the same day after 2:00 PM.
Orders Placed After 12pm: In-stock items may be delivered up the next day after 2:00 PM.

Returns

Warranty

The warranty coverage for any product purchased from DV8 Distribution is provided directly by the manufacturer. Each product is subject to the warranty terms and conditions established by its respective manufacturer. If you experience any issues with a product, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information included with your purchase. Our customer service team is available to assist you with the warranty claim process and guide you through each step.

Returns for products purchased through DV8 Distribution are governed by the manufacturer’s return policy. If you need to return a product, please review the manufacturer’s return guidelines and contact us within the specified return period. We will help coordinate the return with the manufacturer and ensure that it is processed according to their policy.

In addition to the manufacturer’s policies, DV8 Distribution allows returns of most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please note the following:

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
  • Refund Timeline: You can expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes the time it takes for us to receive your return (2 to 5 business days), process your return (2 to 5 business days), and for your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
