Built for Universal owners who want to create a more capable front stage, these vehicle-specific Universal Speaker Pods add dedicated 6.5″ locations without starting from a blank custom-fabrication project. The Single midrange / midbass layout gives you room to build a stronger, more detailed system when paired with properly selected speakers, amplification, and tuning. Speakers are not included.

Speaker fitment and clearance:

• 6.5-inch location: 7.2-inch overall diameter, 5.7-inch standard cutout and 2.75-inch depth.

Compare every speaker’s actual overall diameter, cutout and mounting depth before purchase.

Included: One speaker pod and pod mounting hardware.

Fitment and interference checks: Verify the complete pod footprint, mounting surface strength, wiring path and clearance behind and around the pod before cutting.

Basic installation: Test fit speaker pod, remove the applicable universal, locate pod onto the universal, drill mounting holes, mark and cut speaker clearance behind the speaker pod, mount speaker pod using provided hardware, mount the speakers and route wiring. Trimming or cutting of factory trim may be required; verify all clearances first.
